JoJo is around all the Islands almost daily. He follows boats and visits people on the beaches. All JoJo Collection items are exclusively found at Royal Jewels Duty Free Shops. The JoJo Project endorses a policy never to seek out JoJo for commercial interest or intrusion. JoJo will come to the beaches or boats when he wants company. You can usually ask any of the water sport operators for the last time JoJo was seen in the area.
Have fun supporting wildlife in the Turks and Caicos Islands!
Many island eco-friendly hotels and resorts support the work of the JoJo Project and have agreed to post the following information in their guest rooms:
Our establishment believes in the protection and preservation of wildlife and their habitats. We hope you will become part of our effort to protect the Turks and Caicos Islands and our most recognized National Treasure- JoJo the Dolphin, and our population of migrating humpback whales.
JoJo is a wild dolphin whose story has brought international recognition for wildlife preservation. Dolphins and whales are both curious and mysterious animals. Please only observe dolphins and whales if you see them. They are wild and protected by the Turks and Caicos Government.
